Conditions of Sale
Once you have placed an order, you have given Man Of The Hour Ltd an offer. We have not accepted your offer until we have started creating the suit and have electronically sent you an invoice. This is to ensure that we have enough material to create your order. If we do not, we will notify you by email and refund you fully.

Can I modify my order?

 

As order modifications we understand: changes in style, measurements or fabrics. You can make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing the order, please contact us for this. After 24 hours the garments have already been cut/tailored and can not be changed anymore.

Can I add an additional garment to my order?

 

As long as your order has not been sent, you can add any garment, please contact us. Please note that your order may be delayed.

How can I cancel my order?

 

If you have paid for your order, you have 24 hours to contact us. We will then cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

Shipping

Upon order, we create your suit from the beginning and deliver it to you within 15 days. This is one of the fastest times in the industry.

All orders above £75 come with free shipping. Anything below £75 has a flat rate of £6.75

All orders are shipped via express air with DHL and FedEx.

 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, APO/DPO.

 

We ship without additional costs to the following countries and territories: Åland, American Samoa, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, East Timor, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norway, Papua, New Guinea, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Samoa, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tahiti (French Polynesia), Tonga, Tuvalu, United Kingdom, United States and Vanuatu

 

Alterations and Remakes

If your garment does not fit, we will cover your product alterations up to £39. If your local tailors cannot fix it, we will produce another garment from scratch with your new measurements.

 

The amounts of refunds correspond to a maximum of:

 

£39: Three-piece suits and ceremony suits

£30: Two-piece suits and coats

£18: Jackets

£12: Waistcoats, pants, shirts and polo shirts

 

In rare cases, local tailors won’t be able to alter your suit for the best fit. In these cases, we will remake the suit for you.

 

To remake your suit, please contact us within 15 days from the receipt of your order. Describe your issue as accurately as possible and send pictures of the garment.

 

We will contact you in the next 24-48 hours. After verifying your case, you will be asked to send your garment to our factory to proceed to the remake of your garment.

We reserve the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be made by a local tailor.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Due to the limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade. In that case, you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your new garment.

 

All items returned will be donated to non-profit associations.
